20th SIAM UKIE Anniversary Meeting

The 20th Anniversary Meeting of the UK and Republic of Ireland Section of SIAM was held on January 7, 2016 at the Department of Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics (DAMTP), University of Cambridge. The event featured high profile keynote and early career speakers, and poster presentations from Student Chapter representatives. The meeting concluded with a 20th Anniversary Dinner held in the Dinning Hall of Magdalene College, Cambridge.

STUDENTS
As in the previous year, the Section invited every SIAM Student Chapter in the UK and the Republic of Ireland to delegate a student representative to this meeting, and we offered funding support of up to £100 towards the travel expenses of each of these delegates. In addition, there was no registration fee for participating students.
