British Applied Mathematics Colloquium

The 59th BAMC will be held at the University of Surrey 10th-12th April 2017.

This year’s meeting includes plenary lectures from Ingrid Daubechies, Pete Grindrod, Rebecca HoyleKaren Wilcox and  Beth Wingate.  There will be mini-symposia on a wide range of topics including: symmetries and conservation laws, delay differential equations, manoeuvering in free surface flows, evaporation, ice-fluid coupling, spatial localisation in fluids, modelling epidemics, multiscale systems, inverse problems, string theory, quantum information theory, structure of time and space, dynamical systems,  maths in public health, networks science, maths of crime.

The deadline for registration and the submission of abstracts for contributed talks/posters closes on the 3rd March, with an early-bird academic rate available until the 3rd February.
