Oxford Doctoral Studentship

We welcome applicants for a doctoral scholarship to work on
the application of signal processing techniques and uncertainty
to medical imaging for cardiology.  This project is joint with the mathematical
institute and cardiology at Oxford, and in partnership with Siemens.
The successful candidate will take part is six months of training from
the Oxford Nottingham Biomedical Imaging CDT, then begin research
directly under the supervision of Prof. Jared Tanner and Dr. Aaron Hess
to complete a doctorate in the Oxford Mathematical Institute.
This is a great opportunity to do work close to clinical practise and with
substantial mathematical challenges.
